MEMORY BOARD PROJECT
In partnership with New York Life Foundation, the National Memory Board Project was created to celebrate Children's Grief Awareness Day 2013. Modeled after a remembrance activity that happens on the first night of every Camp Erin®, the Memory Board gives campers their first opportunity to share their story and realize they are not alone. Here's how you can participate:
Post a photo/memory of a loved one directly on
The Moyer Foundation's Facebook wall
and/or to your personal Instagram or Twitter using hashtag #MemoryBoard.
*Content is moderated - please allow time for post to show on the Memory Board.
If you are not active on social media and would like to participate, send your email and photo to
and The Moyer Foundation will share your memory/photo for you!
Posts are being accepted now and will continue to be collected through the April 2014 premier of HBO's documentary "One Last Hug (...and a few smooches): Three Days at Grief Camp" which features Camp Erin Los Angeles.
