In partnership with New York Life Foundation, the National Memory Board Project was created to celebrate Children's Grief Awareness Day 2013. Modeled after a remembrance activity that happens on the first night of every Camp Erin®, the Memory Board gives campers their first opportunity to share their story and realize they are not alone. Here's how you can participate:

  • Post a photo/memory of a loved one directly on The Moyer Foundation's Facebook wall and/or to your personal Instagram or Twitter using hashtag #MemoryBoard. *Content is moderated - please allow time for post to show on the Memory Board.
  • If you are not active on social media and would like to participate, send your email and photo to rachel@moyerfoundation.org and The Moyer Foundation will share your memory/photo for you!
Posts are being accepted now and will continue to be collected through the April 2014 premier of HBO's documentary "One Last Hug (...and a few smooches): Three Days at Grief Camp" which features Camp Erin Los Angeles.
