July 13, 2013 – Fore4Thor – 5th Annual Thor Rodenbaugh Memorial Golf - Kansas City, KS Thor Rodenbaugh, 37, died unexpectedly on November 11, 2008 after a routine pain block shoulder procedure prior to rotator cuff surgery. He is survived by his wife, his three young daughters and his family. This golf tournament is held by his friends and family to honor his love of the game, his love of people and his skill at having fun.
