MEMORY BOARD PROJECT
In partnership with New York Life Foundation, the National Memory Board Project was created to celebrate Children's Grief Awareness Day in 2013. Modeled after a remembrance activity that happens on the first night of every Camp Erin®, the Memory Board gives campers their first opportunity to share their story and realize they are not alone. The National #MemoryBoard Project gave individuals the opportunity to honor their loved ones and the collection of photos and stories is a powerful reminder to those grieving a loved one that they are not alone – furthering the efforts to raise awareness for the importance of children’s grief support nationwide.
Thank you to everyone that participated and shared their photo and memories to the National #MemoryBoard Project! At this time, we are on hold for accepting new posts, but we encourage everyone to take a moment and read the heartfelt posts that were shared. With any questions, please contact Rachel Lockmon at
